Dr. Nischal Naik did his M.Ch. Plastic Surgery in year 2003. After that he did his fellowship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. After Fellowship he joined B .J. Medical College, Ahmedabad as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery from 2004-2005.

He joined Smt. N. H. L. Medical College as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery in 2005 and resigned from same college as Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery In 2013. Since then he is running his private practice in Ahmedabad based at Sadhana Hospital and Divyam Hospital.

He was co-editor of Indian Journal of Burns from 2004-2006. He has various publications in his name in renowned national and international journals.
